Task Creation

1. Active wording - “Reply to email” not “Email”
2. Be specific - What exactly needs to be done?
3. Add estimates - Plan realistically

Daily Planning

1. 3 Focus Tasks - No more for the day
2. Biggest Frog First - Hardest task first
3. Leave buffer - Don’t plan everything

Cleanup

1. Weekly - Archive old tasks
2. Check Blocked - Are blockers still current?
3. Adjust priorities - Has something changed?

Integration with Aurora

Tasks can be linked to daily planning:

2. Set as Top-3 task in Aurora
